Bhanushee Sharma is a Ph.D. student in the Chemical Engineering department at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She obtained her M.Eng. in Chemical Engineering at RPI examining Alzheimer’s Disease experimentally and computationally through molecular dynamics, and her B.A. in Chemistry at Mount Holyoke College studying the surface hydrophilization of poly(dimethylsiloxane). Her research interest is in applying Deep Learning and Explainable AI in improving predictions of drug toxicities in humans before clinical phase trials unifying in vitro, in vivo and human data.
